Why and how exactly that ukulele-playing strawbery cyclops idea (I like that particular combination of words) emerged from my brain I can't recall. In hindsight however I think I see three solid reasons:
1. The festival takes place in the middle of the strawberry season. 2. Strawberry Fields Forever. 3. Chuck Berry. There you go.

Anyone Can Play Guitar

Every year, there's a little festival taking place on the Kleine Schanze in Berne, called the Anyone Can Play Guitar Festival. Powered by a bunch of enhusiasts with no financial motives but a big heart for guitars, it's become a fine platform for emerging local bands, roadworn rock&roll combos or one man busker projects to play in front of a big audience.

And every year, I work my skinny bum off to come with an acceptable poster design, all for free beer, a plate of raclette and an old fashioned record store gift voucher.
